Another Purger

We mean, at least the bloodwork looks sort of realistic, it's not like some of the Ribena on offer, but there's no source of a wound anywhere & it's not on his supposed weapon at all, so he can't be claiming to be a killer, can he..? He's surely one of the biggest victims we've seen this year...
