As his forehead suggests, he's a bit of a twat. Seeming to have opted for the 'Willy Wonka kicked to death by 13 oompa-loompas' look, but we're purely speculating, since there's not a single one in sight... It's novel, that's for sure, but you don't win points for novelty alone in this game...
