PANDA WITCH

Panda Witch here, has forgotten all about her neck & has blood, but is there any sort of visible wound..? The photo is saved (& it is saved), by what can only be described as an absolutely exquisite Kate Bush bottom lip... This is something which has appeared randomly in past competitions, the Kate Bush bottom lip & it always adds to a whole new degree of flavour to any Halloween look. Kate Bush, whilst being a bit Halloween, you know? The whole Wuthering Heights vibe..? Is actually quite nice & timid with loads of talent, that's built her an amazing career. But none of that is relevant in this instance & it's just her lower lip that this young lady selects, to bring to the party & she brings it with aplomb..!
