WITCH 11. WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST.

Bit of a shame that with such a fantastically original idea of rocking a house on her head, she's let herself down with low budget green make up & lack of house detail. Next year we hope to see a little battery pack in there with the windows lighting up, cloth curtains & perhaps even a little satellite dish, to bring it all neatly up to date. Still among the most original costumes this year. With a little more application to spookiness, makeup & house detail this could have finish line potential.
